The Incheon Tourism Association hosted the third annual Incheon Korean Music Wave concert at the World Cup Stadium on August 13, 2011. The Incheon Korean Music Wave concert included performances from the hottest K-pop artists in the industry.

The artists that performed at Incheon Korean Music Wave concert 2011 included Super Junior, 2PM, Girls’ Generation, F.T. Island, INFINITE, TEEN TOP, ZE:A, 2NE1, BEAST, KARA, SHINee, 2AM, f(x) miss A, T-ara, MBLAQ, CN Blue, SG Wannabe, Secret, 4minute, SISTAR, and more.

Prior the actual concert, there was also a red carpet event where the various girl groups and boy bands strutted down. Though most of the artistes were decked in performances, check out some of the gorgeous outfits they were spotted in :

Mini dresses, shocking new hairstyles, electric colors, furs, and stylish suits were the main theme for the attendees of Melon Music Awards 2010 red carpet held on 15th December 2010 at the Hall of Peace in Kyunghee University.

Celebrities who walked the red carpet include, Girls’ Generation, 2NE1, Gummy, C.N. Blue, 2AM, IU, and many more. Check out the pictures below :

Girls’ Generation appeared in stylish, color-coordinated (black, white and luminous yellow) outfits for the red carpet. Finally we are able to see all members, Seo Hyun, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, Jessica, Taeyeon, Sunny and Hyoyeon, all in different outfits (not just their while or black mini dresses). Most of the members are spotting pieces from a Korean designer; stay tuned for the fashion ID post!

Next up, the fashionista girl group, 2NE1, strutted down the red carpet spotting shocking new hairstyles (especially Sandara Park’s feminine bob cut) and truly different looks for every member.

Minzy was spotted in an all-black outfit with red Azzedine Alaïa Pony Hair Hiking Boots (that has been worn for many performances and variety shows). CL was seen in a cyan-colored trench coat, Park Bom was dressed very sexily in that black mini dress, fur outercoat and Christian Louboutin Clou Noeud 150 studded slingbacks. Sandara Park surprised the crowd with her feminine bob hairstyle and girlish outfit.

Gummy also wow-ed the crowd with her new hairstyle and her strong overall look.

IU walked the runway all wrapped up in a hot pink sweater dress and electric purple stockings.

2AM and C.N. Blue walked the red carpet in their coordinated suits.

The 25th Golden Disk Awards was held on 9th December 2010 at the Hwajeong Gym in Koryeo University, Seoul, South Korea. Many top Korean celebrities attended this award show and walked the red carpet.

Golden Disk Awards’ red carpet attendees include Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, BoA, BEAST, SHINee, CN Blue, Secret, F.T. Island, IU, Sistar, Supreme Team, 2AM, Miss A, Yoo Ah Yin, Min Hyorin, and more. Check out the pictures below and tell us who do you think is the best-dressed and worst-dressed!

Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, CN Blue, F.T. Island and Supreme Team kept things simple and safe with black mini dresses and black suits. Loving SHINee and Yoo Ah Yin’s outfit with different shades of grey and lots of layerings for this winter season. For the ladies, Secret’s bridesmaid-like dresses on the red carpet really did not work for me; Min Hyorin’s simple bustier cocktail dress with nude heels really stood out in my opinion.

Mnet Ultimate Live Asia concert in Singapore was held on the 4th of December 2010 at Marina Bay Sands Exhibition hall. The performers for this huge Korean pop music festival includes MBLAQ, Miss A, 2AM, BEAST and 2PM!

MBLAQ kicked start the concert with their top hits like “Oh Yeah” and “Y”, followed by solo stages by each of the members G.O, Lee Joon, Mir, Seungho, and Thunder. They ended their fabulous performances with “One better day” from their “Y” album.

MBLAQ had two sets of outfits for the stage- one performance military-styled navy blue look and one smart casual look for their solo stages.

Next up, rookie group Miss A (Min, Fei and Jia) brought their fabulous dance moves and renowned songs to the stage.

First up, Miss A performed “Breathe” Chinese remix version, Lady Gaga’s “Poker face”, followed by Min, Jia, and Fei’s dance solos, and ending their awesome performance with their famous “Bad girl good girl”. Suzy even sent a video message to fans who were at the concert venue, promising them that Miss A would be back in Singapore soon, and to follow Min, Jia and Fei in the “Bad girl good girl” dance moves.

Miss A only had one set of black with neon-colored printed outfit for their stage performance.

2AM soothed the crowd with their beautiful vocals after dance songs from MBLAQ and Miss A.

2AM brought the concert crowd songs from their latest album, “Saint O’Clock”, and their famous hits like, “Can’t let you go even if I die”, “A friend’s confession”, “I did wrong”, and “Like crazy”, in their princely white suits.

2AM’s Changmin said that they felt sad that they were not able to give anything to their fans, so they specially prepared these four teddy bears for the fans at the concert.

The second last group to perform was B2ST / BEAST!

B2ST / BEAST brought up the concert atmosphere with their top hits like, “Breath”, “Bad Girl”, “Oasis”, “Beautiful”, and “Shock”, in their brightly contrasted (yellow and black) outfits. Despite arriving just hours before the actual concert (and leaving immediately after the concert), BEAST charmed and teased the crowd with the limitless energy and smiles.

Last, but certainly not the least, 2PM rocked the stage at the Mnet Ultimate Live Asia concert!

Starting with their hit song, “What time is it”, 2PM charmed the concert crowd with their beastly image and great performance. Other songs include, “Don’t stop can’t stop”, “Without you”, “Only you”, “Angel”, “I’ll be back”, “Gimme the light”, and  “Heartbeat”. There was even a footage of 2PM’s airport arrivals, hotel, fanmeet and rehearsal in Singapore.

2PM drove fans at the concert crazy when they put on white angel wings during their “Angel” performance and giving out roses and candies while serenading “Only you”.

2AM‘s Saint o’ clock press conference was held on 2nd December 2010, at the prestigious Marina Bay Sands, in Singapore. Thanks to Universal Music Regional Singapore, Kokokoreano was able to get exclusive pictures and coverage of the 4 talented boys who charmed the media with dazzling smiles.

The boys, decked in pristine white suits with studded details, looked like royalty. Jo Kwon and Seulong sported a printed vest and patterned tie respectively.

Talking about their own styles, Seulong was chosen by the members as the most fashionable as he is interested in shoes as well as accessories. Jinwoon loves collecting musical instruments, Jo Kwon likes collecting shoes and CD albums that he likes and Changmin, always known as the health conscious one, loves health food and vitamins.

Finally, after months of being in the spotlight as the ‘perfect’ celebrity couple, The Adam Couple, Jo Kwon from 2AM and Ga In from Brown Eyed Girls, wedding photo shoot in InStyle Wedding Korea magazine has been revealed. If you have been following @Kokokoreano on Twitter, you would have gotten the news that the couple flew to the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia for this photo shoot.

Jo Kwon shows off a unique new hairstyle similar to fellow group mate Jinwoon’s, and is spotted in fun casual styles and stylish formal looks, with his rock hard abs making a rare appearance in the beach shots. Ga In‘s pure white wedding dress with a long train suits her petite frame perfectly, while she dons cute casual outfits and flirty feminine dresses in other shots.

The coolest part of this photo shoot is where Ga-In designed a tuxedo for Jokwon and he designed a wedding dress for her; they even wore the designed outfit for the photo shoot!

The big mission for Jokwon & Gain’s Bali wedding photo shoot! The mission was to design the one-of-a-kind dress and tuxedo for each other. Non-disclosure was important since they designed and kept everything a secret for the project. After the first meeting (at the InStyle Wedding office) with the designers, who were supposed to help them, they started to design the secret outfits.

2010.4.28 The first meeting with the designer. Gain & Hong Hyejin (Studio K): “I want to design a tuxedo with a somewhat special and a very strong(?) design. How should I say, a revealing design. I thought of shorts with the silhouette of baggy pants. As material, I want to use mesh. And for the top, it must be sleeveless.” Kwon & Edward Shin (Publica Atelier): “Please design a special dress which is elegant but sexy as well. A mini-dress which places emphasis on her legs would be nice since Gain noona has a nice figure. The color must be white, because it’s a wedding dress.”

2010.5.2 Design check and each of them giving a special touch (to the outfits). Gain & Hong Hyejin (Studio K): “Wow, it came out prettier than I had expected. And the back of the long sleeveless vest is also made out of mesh, right? Is it too revealing? No, I think Kwonnie will come out with a much more drastic design. I want to engrave “by Gain” somewhere on the the pockets (of the vast).” Kwon & Edward Shin (Publica Atelier): “It’s a wonderful design. The corsage is beautiful too and to me, the black “Sha” fabric for the lining seems to be a bit unique but I’ll trust your (the designer’s) sense. Our special touch would be to engrave “Yeob<3oh” with crystals.”

So what do you guys think? Yay or nay? I am definitely excited for the behind-the-scenes of the photo shoot in the upcoming We Got Married episodes.

Summer is still here, and for some, it just keeps getting hotter and hotter. Just like 2AM‘s Seulong, he started off his summer by losing 5kg which is about 11 pounds. Seulong show’s off his abs/new hot body in a W Korea Photoshoot. Not only that, but some brand names of what he wore are Burberry, Dior Homme, General Idea, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Skullism, and Songzio.

In this particular photoshoot, Seulong gives a big twist to what he would normally wear in photoshoots. But in the end, it gives him a chance to show a different side of him. Such as a very unique and funky sense of style of clothing. What do you think of Seulong’s photoshoot, did you like it or dislike it?

Are you shocked? Surprised? I had exactly the same reaction when I saw this. In June’s issue of Singles Korea, 2AM shows a completely different look from their normal, cheery looks. The vampire look has been done a few times, but 2AM pulls off the look by adding the punk and grunge factor with dark eyeliner, black outfits that tease and of course, their hot bods.

Jo Kwon‘s hairstyle is definitely a strong statement to make, and it matches with his powerful, manly look. The very unique rope detailed jacket and the black outfit complement each other well.

Changmin, wearing a rope detailed scarf, brings attention to his rarely seen abs.

Loving the cool accessories on Seulong. The ring and the leather wristband matches well.

Jinwoon is dressed with chunky, rocker-like accessories, which are matched with boots with buckles as well as acid washed jeans.

2AM guys are donned in preppy outfits for Esquire Korea. This is by far one of my favorite looks on the 2AM guys- Jokwon, Jinwoon, Seulong and Changmin. And I have to say, Jinwoon really looks great as a model!

Preppy and clean-cut looks are seen also seen on the runway during during Seoul Fashion Week Fall 2010 KIMSEORYONG HOMME Fall / Winter 2010 and BON by Lee Jung Jae Fall / Winter 2010 fashion showcase. A well-fitted blazer with a casual tee and cuffed-up pants give one a casual yet stylish look.
