In a photo shoot for Harper’s Bazaar, BoA was seen in gorgeous clothes from the 2012 spring/summer collection for the brand Theory.

The monotone pallet offered hints of spring and summer, with digital prints and crocheted details. The outfits were mainly white and black, offering simple outfits one could easily wear everyday.

In her first photo, BoA lay on a golden backdrop the color of sand, and wore a black and white dress with a flower print. Despite the detail in the print, the simple cut of the dress and monotone background made it so that nothing looked overdone.

BoA looked edgy and cool in a black leather dress, which although too warm for summer, would be perfect for cooler spring days and rainy weather. Rocker chic waves and black boots completed the simple look.

BoA also wore an entirely white outfit, perfect for warmer days. Cuffed trousers and a flowing button down created an effortless, chic look one could wear to the office or for a lunch date.

BoA’s last outfit was my favorite. It was so summery and so perfect for nearly any occasion. A grey-gold crocheted top hung over a pair of denim shorts and was accentuated BoA’s slightly smoky makeup. No accessories or anything fancy, just simple sophistication fit for a hot summer and the beach.

2NE1 was chosen as the cover models for the March issue NYLON JAPAN. The four girls wore brightly colored outfits, meant to embody the fresh and bright feelings of spring. The Japanese magazine also included a spread called “Color of 2NE1,” focusing on profiles of each member.

CL exemplified her fierce, playful attitude in leopard print trousers, tousled hair and a water gun as her accessory. Chunky platforms kept her otherwise sleek outfit balanced.

Dara kept with the playful theme, posing on a tricycle and pretending to shoot a space-age gun. I loved the bright orange jacket and sunny shoes, which reminded everyone of the season to come.

Bom jumped to new heights in a striped jersey dress, perfect for the warm weather ahead.

Minzy looked cool with her bright hair and busy t-shirt and jacket. Despite the abundant patterns on top, a black pair of pants toned everything down and made the look completely wearable.

Actress Song Ye Jun played the part of mysterious femme fatale in a spread for VOGUE Korea. Decked mainly in black and white, she exuded an aura of elegance and style. The set also had a unique European feel, with Rococo inspired furniture and metal gates as a backdrop.

Little black dresses and large Givenchy sunglasses brought about a sense class reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.” Take a cue from Son Ye Jin and update your spring and summer wardrobe with some classic pieces and maybe a new pair of sunglasses.

Besides the eyewear and effortlessly chic outfits, chunky jewellery also made an appearance, adding more of a punch to what may otherwise be boring outfits. A couple of statement pieces will keep your outfits exciting once you take off the bold sunglasses this summer.

Kim Min Hee looked feminine in lace and floral details for her First Look pictorial and cover story.

Her first outfit was a lace sheath dress. Despite being sexy and boudoir, long sleeves and a high neckline allowed the dress to be modest, and an asymmetric hem added a bit of pizazz. Min Hee’s messy hair also exuded that subtly sexy look, as if she just rolled out of bed looking chic.

Kim Min Hee looked gorgeous in a digital print dress. Pleating around the skirt added extra volume and structural interest to match the print.

The actress also easily wore edgier pieces. A short leather dress with laser cut-outs around the hem and neckline added a bit of toughness while still being a bit girly. A pair of sandals also featuring a cut-out design showed off Min Hee’s long legs.

Although not my favorite look, Min Hee still managed to rock a full on floral print.

The pictorial also featured more masculine looks, with Min Hee dressed entirely in black. She looks mysterious, wearing a pair of horns on her head and holding a gold necklace.

Again Min Hee showed off her mil-long legs in a metallic playsuit and black jacket with studding around the shoulders. A pair of gorgeous heels meant to make a strong statement topped the look off.

The majority of the shoot focused on Kim Min Hee’s natural beauty, featuring messy hair, and nude makeup. Even for some of the bolder outfits, Min Hee focused only on one feature, bright red lips, which allowed both her natural beauty and the beauty of the clothes to shine.

Girls’ Generation members Yoona, Seohyun and Tiffany will head to London, England, to attend the Burberry Prorsum Autumn/Winter 2012 Womens wear collection fashion show that will be held during London Fashion Week A/W 2012 on Monday, February 20.

Held at the Kensington Gardens in London, the members have been invited to represent Korea at the fashion show that draws attendance from world stars.

Chief creative officer of Burberry Prorsum, Christopher Bailey, invited Girls’ Generation members to the fashion show, which will be streamed live online at Burberry.com on February 20 at 4 p.m. GMT (Tuesday, 21 February, 1 a.m. KST).

Yoona, Seohyun and Tiffany will attend the celebrity red carpet and photo wall events in addition to the fashion show itself.

Wearing a Burberry Brit Leather Trimmed Trench Coat in Honey (also available at Neimanmarcus.com), carrying a Burberry Belted Leather Hobo in Black, and keeping things simple with a sweater, jeans, black laced-up shoe boots and an oversized cat eye sunglasses, Yoona certainly scored a classy airport fashion look!

Following the release of fellow Big Bang members TOP, Daesung, Taeyang and Seungri finally comes the leader of Big Bang, G-Dragon! With G-Dragon’s concept photo being the last to be released on Friday via YG Life blog, Big Bang’s 5th mini album ‘Alive”s teaser of the five members is finally complete.

Starting with Big Bang’s rapper, TOP, each member’s teaser picture was released between February 6 to 16, and I can say with certainty that Big Bang’s ‘Alive’ concept pictures electrified my visual senses. With strong gazes, drastic change in hairstyles (for most of the members) and almost haute couture-like fashion sense, this is by far one of Big Bang’s most daring attempts in terms of fashion.
