If Louboutin from Paris has his own signature red heels, then South Korea has her own belle of the ball for your feet – the signature fluorescent pink soled heels of Suecomma Bonnie, a lovechild of Bohyun Lee.

During Singapore BLUEPRINT 2011 at Asia Fashion Exchange, Korean fashionistas’ favorite (Kim Ah Joong, Shin Min-A, Lee Hyori……. is just to name a few) the designer and her latest designs was showcased. We manage to catch up with the adventurous and sweet Bohyun Lee to talk to us!

Since when were you fascinated with shoes?

Ever since I was young. I just loved to see and wanted to collect shoes, and the love grew into passion to push me to learn how to create shoes.

At this point, she received a call. When she ended the conversation, her face brighten up 1000watts. I asked why.

I just got tickets for Yim Jaebeum’s concert! Back in Seoul! My friend just contacted me if I wanted a ticket as she’s ordering now, I’m so happy!

That must be your favorite singer!

(laughs) Yes he is! You should check him out! (And scribbles his name on my book)

Where do you find inspirations for your designs?

Just people, and since I love to travel, I always try to immerse myself into the vibe and environment of the city I’m in, getting some unique energy. For an example, from the label Ungaro, I see beautiful ladies wearing beautiful shoes. And while I’m here, the image of Singapore of the ladies wearing beautiful shoes outside the shows is in my memory.

Did you travel out for finding inspiration for this current collection that will launch in fall?

This collection is inspired by the city of Istanbul. Comparing to my older collections, this new one gives a different style, being from the city’s mosque to the stained glass, the streets made of small stones and bricks which I translated its texture to this shoe, bedazzled in colors, inspired by the pebble-covered streets.

Her amazing sensitivity to tactile textures that is close to her, and to the nuance that surrounds her is translated to her exquisite designs to beautify our feet. Her latest collection once again manifests her belief and adventurous spirit.

Seoul’s 10 Soul Fashion Night was held at ION Sky, Singapore, on May 20, 2011, in conjunction with the Asia Fashion Exchange. The participating Seoul’s 10 Soul designers for Menswear include Ko Tae Yong (Beyond Closet), Kim Sun Ho (GroundWave), Kim Jae Hwan (ALANI), Sheen Je Hee (Jehee Sheen), Choi Bumsuk (General Idea), and designers for Womenswear include Kim Jae Hyun (Jardin de Chouette), Lee Suk Tae (KAAL E.Suktae), Lee Seung Hee (Leyii), Lee Jae Hwan (Jaehwan Lee Paris), and Steve Jung & Yoni Pai (Steve J & Yoni P). The ten designers of ’2011 Seoul’s 10 Soul’ presented their impressive fashion shows featuring a total of 30 suits of specially-designed clothes including the ones with a cruise look theme.

Seoul City plans to promote ’2011 Seoul’s 10 Soul’, an ambitious global fashion brand project garnering much attention from the world fashion industry. Singapore, recently emerging as a new fashion capital, will bethe first venue for this project, and then equally colorful events will also be held in Paris, the mecca of world fashion, in collaboration with many local fashion program providers.

Seo Woo, as Koo Hyo-seon in Korean drama Cinderella’s Sister (신데렐라 언니), is featured in a photo shoot in the June issue of Elle Girl Korea. Styling-wise, this got to be one of my favorite photo shoots this year- loving all the apparels and accessories used in this fun-looking photo shoot.

Spotted in brands such as Chanel, Burberry Prorsum, Suecomma Bonnie, Repetto, Adidas, Adidas by Jeremy Scott, Givenchy, Guess, Belle Nouveau, Alexander Wang, Mango, Miu Miu, Diane Von Furtensburg, Converse, and etc., stylist of this photo shoot, Kim Bong Beob mixed and matched street-wear brands with designer brands.

Love those geomatrical patterned leggings from Givenchy Spring / Summer 2010 ready-to-wear collection, and those gorgeous platform sandal heels from Burberry Prorsum that is so well-liked by many celebrities.

The last picture has the cutest styling ever! Matching a Diane Von Furstenberg jumpsuit with a pair of Converse chucks is so unexpected, but at the same time so well put together.

Fashionista Seo In Young matched this dress with a beautiful blue belt and black stockings for an event during New York Fashion Week Fall 2010.

Last but not least, Wondergirls’ member Park Ye Eun wore this fabulous dress at a red carpet event during their recent visit to Taiwan.

Korea’s top star Lee Hyori has been chosen to be featured in Adidas’ National campaigns due to the great impact that Hyori has on the younger generation’s fashion and lifestyles.

And in the February issue of Cosmopolitan Korea, Lee Hyori is seen decked out in Adidas, looking as glamorous as ever. (Seems like Adidas wants a part in the fashion world now.)

I’m not sure about you, but I’m definitely loving the looks featured in this shoot. Though Adidas products might seem a little too sporty, those killer heels and booties sure glam-ed Hyori up!

Han Eun Jung is chosen as the female MC of ‘Olive News‘, and the press conference was held on 13th of January.

Her sophisticated image and style is so well-matched with the content that ‘Olive News’ will be providing- Beauty content such as skin care, makeup, hair, body, fashion items including clothing, lingerie and accessories, shoes and bags and recommendations to the best restaurants and cafes, ‘hot’ places to explore, books, exhibitions, performances, music, movies, etc.

The first broadcast of ‘Olive News’ is scheduled on the 15th of January at 11:00 p.m.

Han Eun Jung shows up at the press conference in a mini LBD with lace details in the front, and showing off her beautiful legs (and sexy back). To add some glamour, a pair of Suecomma Bonnie studded platform heels is matched perfectly with her outfit!

Son Dambi, Kim Ah Joong and a few other Korean celebrities have also been spotted wearing this exact same pair of platform heels.
